Handyman Wanted Weekly Guarantee + Hourly Pay

We are seeking a reliable, skilled Handyman to assist with general maintenance and repair tasks. The position offers both a guaranteed base pay and additional hourly compensation for extra work.
Pay Structure:
$150 guaranteed per week (covers up to 6 hours of work).
$25/hour for each hour worked beyond 6 hours per week.
Example:
oWork 46 hours $150 guaranteed.
oWork 10 hours $250 total pay.
Responsibilities May Include:
Cleaning and preparing units for new tenants
General home/apartment repairs
Basic plumbing and electrical work
Painting, patching, and carpentry
Other handyman tasks as needed
Requirements:
Prior handyman or maintenance experience preferred
Basic tools and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
Good communication skills
Schedule:
Flexible weekly hours (typically 612 hours, may vary)
Work assigned as needed
Compensation:
Weekly base pay + hourly rate as outlined above
