Irrigation construction manager

Organize your team each week and lay out getting the jobs done.

Lead your crew mates through the whole process from start to finish.

communicating with and meeting semis in the field and unloading them.

communicating with the farmer and respecting his property.

Communicating with the dealer who hires us and building the system to the desired specs

• Experience is helpful but training is provided
• Knowledge of Equipment and pulling trailers is needed
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
• Must be physically fit for field work.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
