Looking for a hands-on role with steady pay and real impact? Join our team as a General Laborer on commercial/industrial construction sites. We're hiring local candidates only who are ready to work hard and grow their skills on-site.

Pay: $20/hour

Working: 5 10's

What You'll Do:

• Perform physical labor at active construction sites
• Operate hand and power tools (air hammers, hoists, measuring equipment, etc.)
• Clean and prep work areas, dig trenches, erect scaffolding, remove debris
• Support welders and other crafts: break studs, fire watch, carry materials, etc.
• Maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness: organize tools, tape leads, fetch gear
• Assist with daily setup, teardown, and general go-fer tasks

Must be dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work outdoors.

No prior experience required. Familiarity with construction site helpful.

Ability to meet physical requirements of job i.e. long periods of standing, walking, bending, exposure to weather, take instruction from supervisors.
