Preconstruction Manager

The Role: Preconstruction Manager The Preconstruction Manager will own and facilitate the entire preconstruction process from proposals and estimating to client coordination and project handoff. This person will serve as the bridge between estimating, business development, and operations, ensuring smooth execution and strategic pursuit of new business opportunities. What You'll Bring Strong Denver-area market knowledge and industry relationships (general contractors, owners, subs). Experience in commercial mechanical/HVAC/plumbing construction . Proven track record managing the preconstruction process from start to finish . Preferred degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience).
