Project Manager

Project Manager Location: Saint Paul, MN Pay:$39-$49/hour (based on experience) Type: Contract to Hire Start Date: September 21, 2025 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (45 hours/week) Workplace Type: On-site Travel: Primarily local, occasional overnight travel Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivatedProject Managerto oversee restoration and construction projects. This role involves managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and customer relationships to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Conduct pre-construction meetings and final walk-throughs Provide daily project updates and maintain client communication Schedule subcontractors and material deliveries Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and local codes Document project activities in internal systems Execute change orders and manage scope adjustments Maintain quality standards through site inspections Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions Evaluate subcontractor and vendor performance Identify and manage work outside contracted scope Support and perform duties of the Construction Coordinator as needed Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in general labor, construction, carpentry, remediation, and demolition Strong customer service and communication skills Basic math proficiency Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance Comfortable with physical activity including walking, standing, climbing, and driving Preferred: Experience in restoration and/or construction Why This Role?
