Foreman Job Description We are seeking an experienced and skilled Foreman to lead a field crew. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and comprehensive experience in welding and supervision. Responsibilities Lead and manage a field crew effectively. Utilize expertise in welding to oversee operations. Demonstrate proficiency in rigging and handling materials. Interpret and implement construction blueprints accurately. Ensure adherence to mechanical and installation standards. Essential Skills A minimum of 5 years of experience in welding. Proven supervision experience. Expertise in installation, rigging, and construction. Ability to read and work with blueprints. Strong mechanical knowledge.
