Construction Project Manager

Konik is partnering with a local constructionpany that is seeking to add a Construction Project Manager to their team.
Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
Schedule and provide general management over fabrication and construction of curtainwall projects.
Coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, serving as the primary point of contact while working with contractors, design firms, architects, consultants, sub-contractors, and laborers.
Direct and supply support to field operations, ensuring jobs arepleted in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Monitor and maintain project budgets, schedules, work plans, labor utilization, cost estimates, and projections.
Receive and process requests for information (RFIs), and price out Change Orders as required
Review and redline shop drawings.
Travel to work sites on a weekly basis to perform inspections and ensure projects remain on track.
Construction Project Manager Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in construction management is beneficial, but not required.
3+ years in the glass and glazing industry is strongly desired.
Experience as a Project Manager or as a Superintendent in the glass & glazing industry.
Ability to balance multiplepeting priorities while maintaining effectivemunication andanization.
General proficiency with learning and adapting toputer software; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and similar construction-industry-related software is helpful.
