• Bid Preparation: Prepare detailed and competitive bids, considering material costs, labor expenses, equipment, and other relevant factors. Collaborate with the bidding team to submit compelling and well-structured proposals.
• Cost Analysis: Analyze project costs, identify potential cost-saving measures, and provide recommendations to enhance project profitability.
• Vendor and Subcontractor Management: Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes for materials and services, ensuring the selection of reliable and cost-effective partners.
• Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the Philadelphia construction market. Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.

Requirements:
