Project Manager (100% Travel required-Expenses + Per Diem)

Job Description

Join our dynamic Field Support team as a Project/Program Manager to lead for construction management oversite. You will be at the forefront of managing the installation and construction of automated, manufacturing and robotics equipment at various distribution sites across the country.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the installation and testing process at newly launching sites.
  • Manage a team of 6-10 Operations Managers to complete testing of modules and processes.
  • Travel regionally Monday to Friday, 2-3 times per month.
  • Follow provided checklists during the testing process.
  • Report to a team lead and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Utilize Smartsheets and Microsoft Office for project coordination and documentation.
Essential Skills
  • Program and project management experience in manufacturing and automated/robotics equipment.
  • Experience in site testing and project coordination with distribution or manufacturing sites.
  • Proficiency in Smartsheets and Microsoft Office.
  • Skills in escalation, risk mitigation, and troubleshooting.
  • Clear communication and administrative writing skills.
  • Excellent people skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Work Environment
  • This is a fully travel-based role, requiring travel to sites 3 out of 4 weeks per month.
  • The typical schedule is from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Thursday or Friday.
  • Initial weeks will involve hands-on training with daily check-ins and duties.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $56.25/hr.
