Position Overview:

Were seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV. This position requires a strong background in managing commercial construction projects and working with public works contracts.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of commercial project management experience residential experience will not be considered.

The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of leading projects from pre-construction through final closeout while ensuring full compliance with public sector requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead commercial construction projects from planning through completion
Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations
Ensure compliance with public works standards, including prevailing wage and certified payroll
Serve as the primary liaison for clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors
Conduct routine site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
Prepare and maintain documentation such as RFIs, change orders, and daily logs
Resolve issues quickly to avoid delays and cost overruns

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects
Experience with public works projects is required
Must be based in Las Vegas, NV and able to work on-site full-time
Proficient in Procore or a similar construction management platform
Deep understanding of public project compliance, including labor regulations and certified payroll
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Valid drivers license
