Estimator/Project Manager Commercial Painting
Location: Lorton, VA

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager to join our team and support the growth of our exterior envelope services across the Mid-Atlantic region. As an integral member of our team, youll play a key role in bidding on commercial painting and coatings projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze project plans, specifications, and scope of work
Perform quantity takeoffs utilizing estimating software (Planswift)
Work with vendors and suppliers to gather material pricing and availability
Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates and proposals
Collaborate with our project managers, foreman and general contractors
Develop cost-effective solutions to meet project requirements while maintaining quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

Proven experience in estimating new commercial and renovation projects
Strong knowledge of the Mid-Atlantic region's construction coatings industry
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with Air and Vapor barriers is a plus
