Plumber/Master Plumber - Silver Maple Construction

Location: Based in New Haven, VT Travel to job sites within 12 hours

Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00am3:30pm (4x10s optional)

Compensation: $2838/hr (Apprentice), $4048/hr (Journeyman/Master)

Silver Maple Construction, a respected design-build firm, is expanding its Mechanical Division and looking for licensed Plumbers to join their crew. These full-time, hands-on roles offer job variety, career growth, and a culture built on respect and craftsmanship.

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in high-end residential homes
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Work safely and adhere to plumbing codes and site protocols
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other trades
• Be part of an on-call rotation for urgent needs

• VT Journeyman or Master Plumbing License (preferred for licensed roles)
• Apprentices also welcome with training and mentorship provided
• Valid drivers license company vehicle provided for licensed plumbers
• Experience with residential systems, including natural gas and propane, is a plus
