Note: The hourly rate for this position is $27 - $32 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• HOURS: 5 X 8"S
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and cleanroom specifications.
• Layout, frame, and finish walls, ceilings, and flooring systems designed for controlled environments.
• Install insulated metal panels (IMPs), rigid foam board, sheetrock, acoustical ceilings, and specialty cleanroom materials.
• Work with composite materials, aluminum, and specialized sealants to maintain air-tight standards.
• Execute precise cuts, measurements, and installations to meet tolerances required for contamination-free spaces.
• Collaborate with other trades to ensure project integrity from start to finish.
• Maintain jobsite safety and a professional standard at all times.

Qualifications:

• Be eligible to work in the United Sates
• Have tools of the trade and bring them to work daily
• Be able to work at least 40 hours a week
• 5+ years commercial carpentry experience (cleanroom or controlled environment work highly preferred)
• Ability to work with specialty materials such as: insulated panels, rigid foam, sheetrock, aluminum framing, FRP, vinyl wall systems, and sealants
• Skilled in precision layout, leveling, and finishing
• Must be detail-driven cleanroom work is all about tight tolerances and zero margin for error
