Location: Waukesha, WI

Pay Rate: $28-$30/hour

What You'll Do

As a key player in our production team, you'll:

Fabricate and weldponents using advanced techniques and materials

Operate a wide range of machines including lathes, drill presses, plasma cutters, and more

Prepare and finish steel and structural materials with precision

Read blues and engineering instructions to bring designs to life

Inspect and ensure every part meets exacting standards

Collaborate with engineering, planning, and quality teams to drive excellence

Keep your workspace and equipment clean, safe, and efficient

What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent

Hands-on experience with welding processes (SAW, MIG, TIG, etc.) and machine operations

Strong understanding of materials including steel, copper, aluminum, and alloys

Ability to use measuring tools and shop equipment with confidence

Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

A team-first mindset and a drive to get the job done right

Physical Requirements

This role is active and hands-on. You'll need to stand for long periods and occasionally walk, climb, push, pull, and lift. You'll be working on the shop floor of a large-scale facility w safety and teamwork are top priorities.
