  • Interface machine telematics with fleet management platforms (AVA, OEM APIs, Trimble, Caterpillar Productivity).

  • Validate CAN bus connections, GPS accuracy, and payload/production data feeds.

  • Develop repeatable installation standards for machine types to reduce downtime and improve reliability.

Project Management & Execution

  • Lead multi-phase projects, managing subcontractors, budgets, and schedules.

  • Ensure site readiness (power, mounting, transport/logistics, safety access).

  • Align project deliverables with client expectations and proactively address risks.

System Integration & Security

  • Integrate operational technology (OT) systems into centralized monitoring and reporting platforms.

  • Coordinate across vendors to ensure interoperability of mixed technology stacks.

Customer Engagement & Training

  • Act as technical lead with clients during planning, deployment, and support.

  • Deliver client training on platforms, system health, and reporting.

  • Translate technical results into actionable insights for operators, supervisors, and executives.

  • Project management capabilities with subcontractor oversight.

  • Network security awareness in industrial systems.

  • Strong BoM development and hardware alignment skills.

  • Effective communicator with clients and field crews.

Experience

  • 5+ years in industrial telecom, network engineering, or telematics installation.

  • Demonstrated success deploying networks in mining, heavy construction, or industrial settings.

  • Experience building BoMs and aligning system integrations across multiple OEM platforms.
