As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will serve as a dynamic Salesforce Architect & Integrator, leveraging robust infrastructure engineering skills and deep experience in cloud environments and ServiceNow. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding an enterprise ServiceNow instance within a cloud environment, with a focus on load balancing, application deployment, and supporting a growing suite of ServiceNow services. Experience with provisioning, scaling, and monitoring cloud-based resources. Familiarity with security best practices and cost management within AWS environments.
  • DevOps - Advanced: Expertise in implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or AWS CodePipeline. Strong background in automation, infrastructure as code (IaC), and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Proficient in monitoring, logging, and incident response for cloud-based applications. Ability to drive continuous improvement in deployment processes and system reliability.

Skilled in deploying complex solutions, managing release cycles, and troubleshooting deployment issues. Familiarity with API management, middleware, and orchestration tools.
