Concrete Form Carpenter / Laborer

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Concrete Form Carpenters / Laborers for projects located in and around Marion, IA . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $18-24/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Concrete Form Carpenter / Laborer eager to demonstrate your knowledge and skills while learning new ones, this is your chance to advance in your career!

Job Scope:

• Set and strip heavy steel forms.

• Pour and perform basic finishing of concrete.

• Safely use hand and power tools (hammers, saws, levels, etc.).

• Assist with other site labor tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• • 2+ years of concrete form-work experience strongly preferred.

  • Must be physically able to lift and work with heavy steel forms.

  • Able to read and interpret blueprints and layouts.

  • Skilled with power tools and measuring tools.

  • Ability to follow directions and work independently or with a crew.

  • Must be reliable and show up daily ready to work.

  • Must have own transportation and be local to Cedar Rapids area.
