McCarthy Masonry and Concrete Inc is hiring the following positions: Masonry Foreman
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, effective time management skills, be able to delegate tasks to other crew members and see all jobs to a timely completion.
*This role requires a team leader and a team builder.
*Looking for a seasoned individual with 5 years proven Masonry commercial experience: able to read blueprints, specialize in structural commercial projects, site plans, and specialty shop drawings
*The individual in this role is responsible for working with and managing a crew, coordinating materials and equipment, and will possess the knowledge of jobsite conditions and safety.
*Must have your own tools
*The ideal candidate will be able to pass all required pre-employment drug screens and possess a clean driving record.
*Applicants must also be able to provide reliable daily transportation to and from work
*Excellent starting salary based on experience
OSHA 10 required and/or OSHA 30 is Preferred must complete within 90 days of hire
Excellent Administrative skills (Crew time reporting, paperwork, turn in receipts, incident reports, safety paperwork)
Full time Monday - Friday Must be able to lift 80lbs
