Note: The hourly rate for this position is $24.64 - $24.64 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

  • Assist tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, operators, etc.) with daily tasks
  • Perform site preparation including unloading materials, staging supplies, and maintaining clean work areas
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment safely and effectively
  • Measure, cut, and assemble materials as directed
  • Perform demolition, material handling, and debris removal
  • Follow all site safety rules and wear required PPE at all times
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to complete assigned work
  • Support general site operations and adapt to changing project needs

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience on commercial construction sites
  • Knowledge of construction tools, materials, and basic techniques
  • Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Prior experience in the commercial field required
