Edenbrook Lakeside i s seeking a dependable, hands-on PRN/Seasonal General Laborer to support our team during a large-scale renovation project. This position plays a key role in preparing our facility to support the launch of a new Ventilator Unit and Dialysis Unit. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of tasks including cleaning, light construction, drywall work, outdoor maintenance, moving furniture and equipment, and other general labor duties. Responsibilities: Assist with facility renovations Light construction and basic carpentry Drywall repair and installation Replacing ceiling tiles Perform general cleaning and organization tasks both indoors and outdoors Support landscaping and outdoor upkeep as needed Move furniture, equipment, and supplies within the facility Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained Follow all safety protocols and company policies Communicate effectively with the maintenance team and leadership Qualifications: Previous experience in general labor, construction, or maintenance preferred Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor for extended periods Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety procedures Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work PRN (as needed), including possible evenings or weekends Schedule: This is a PRN/Seasonal position with flexible hours based on project needs.
