Header Welder - TIG Location: Catoosa, Oklahoma Job Summary: We're hiring experienced TIG welders to work on box headers for shell and tube heat exchangers. Candidates must have strong TIG welding skills and code welding experience. Structural welders will not be considered. Key Responsibilities: Perform TIG welding on box headers Read blueprints and follow weld procedures Maintain less than 5% x-ray repair rate Collaborate with team and QC to ensure quality Support other tasks as needed Qualifications: Proven TIG welding experience Ability to pass a 2G TIG Root / Flux Core Fill & Cap weld test Experience reading blueprints and using precision tools Header welding experience preferred Reliable, safety-focused, and flexible with work hours Work Environment: Manufacturing setting with a 24/7 schedule Team-oriented and safety-driven culture Why Work With Us: Medical, dental, vision insurance 401(k) with match Paid time off, disability, and life insurance Employee assistance program and FSA Opportunities for overtime Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
