Water / Wastewater Utilities Project Manager (PE) - Richardson, TX
Halff has a position open for a Water / Wastewater Civil Engineer, with their Texas PE License, to join our Water / Wastewater Utilities team as Project Manager in our Richardson, TX office. The ideal candidate would bring at least 3 years of Project Management experience in Water / Wastewater large diameter pipeline design. What you will do:
Support preparation of scopes of work and budgets.
Conduct studies, prepare reports, and read/develop construction plans and specifications.
Manage and work collaboratively with multi-discipline teams and subconsultants.
Coordinate project deliverables, manage project budgets and schedule, and identify resolution of issues.
Manage quality assurance and control analysis to ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations, Halff requirements, and comply with recognized standards and codes of practice.
Support construction administration of projects and lead or assist permitting efforts.
What you will need:
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree (preferably in Civil or Environmental Engineering).
At least 3 years of project management experience in Water/Wastewater large diameter pipeline design.
Professional Engineer License (PE) in the State of Texas.
Water/Wastewater treatment, pump/lift stations and water storage experience desirable, but not required.
Must be proficient with conducting studies, preparing reports, and reading/developing construction plans and specifications.
Previous experience in coordinating project deliverables, managing project budgets and schedule, and identifying resolution of issues.
