What Youll Do as a Construction Project Manager:
Lead with purpose: Oversee multiple projects from start to finish, delivering exceptional results.
Collaborate for success: Partner with internal teams to define project scope and objectives.
Own the process: Design timelines, track progress, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Stay proactive: Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Drive results: Set performance goals, manage resources, and document team learnings to enhance future projects.
What Makes You a Perfect Fit?
5 to 10 years of relevant experience in construction management or commissioning electrical systems, power generation equipment (including generators), MEP, or industrial systems (preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills , with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
A Bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
A passion for delivering high-quality results and a proven track record in project management.
Work Environment:
This position is fully onsite at a Milwaukee, WI location. Candidates must be available to work in person during regular business hours.
