Laborer Jobs in Excelsior, MN

A Laborer in the construction industry plays a crucial role in all types of construction projects. They perform a variety of physical tasks such as digging trenches, setting up scaffolding, cleaning up construction sites, operating hand and power tools, and assisting skilled craft workers (like carpenters, electricians, and plumbers) with their duties. Not only do they help in the preparation and cleaning of the construction site, but they also aid in loading and unloading materials, equipment, and tools. Before becoming a Laborer, one might have roles such as a Construction Helper, Warehouse Worker, or General Laborer to gain experience in performing manual labor tasks and using construction tools and equipment.
