A Millwright in the construction industry is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery and heavy equipment. They play a critical role in construction projects by ensuring that all machines and equipment function optimally and safely. With years of hands-on experience, a Millwright may progress to a supervisory or managerial role in the construction industry.
