A Southeast based general contractor is in search of a Superintendent for their local projects. This company is experiencing successful growth and builds in a variety of commercial & multifamily markets. They have a significant backlog of projects. A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial / multifamily construction ground up and renovations
• Experience supervising projects of at least $10 million
• Successful project history that included wood framing, multifamily & continuing care
• Experience with preconstruction activities, scheduling and close-out functions for the project
• Ability to form strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Suite, Procore and other construction related software
