Oversee rooftop solar installations, ensuring efficiency and safety
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring schematics, and installation diagrams
Lead and train crews, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Coordinate job site activities, inspections, and site documentation
Travel to various job sites and adapt to different installation environments

1+ year as a Commercial Solar Crew Lead
5+ years in Commercial Solar Installation
Experience with fall protection and OSHA 10 certification
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Valid driver's license with a clean record

Trade school or technical training
OSHA 30 certification
