Due to MSG's continued growth, a new opening is available for a (position) to assist with our projects in (location)!

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with project partners such as clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Follow applicable QA/QC procedures.
• Measure, calculate, and determine all quantities of assigned work and / or installed materials.
• Report any deficiencies in the contractors work to the Project Engineer or Project Manager
• Prepare Daily Inspector's Reports using various software such as Word, AASHTOWare Project (AWP) and Appia

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Minimum Two years of experience in Transportation Construction Inspection and Engineering (Preferred but not expected with the entry level)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Computer skills including use of e-mail, Excel AND Word

Certifications and Training:

• ODOT Prequalification in ODOT Inspector/Engineer Categories (Preferred)
• NICET Highway Technician I, II; III or IV (Preferred)
• ACI Field Technician Level 1 (Preferred)
• Ohio Aggregate Level 1 (Preferred)
• OSHA 10 Hour or 30 Hour (Preferred)
• Valid Driver License
