**Qualifications:**
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer registration in Civil Engineering required.
- Over 7 years of experience in Civil Engineering, with a focus on transportation.
- Exceptional communication skills, including experience with public and client presentations.
- Mastery in tools like MicroStation (InRoads/OpenRoads) and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project).
