CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Construction Estimator to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to grow in the commercial construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects
• Review blueprints, specifications, and other project documents
• Conduct site visits to gather relevant project data
• Collaborate with senior estimators to refine project scopes and cost breakdowns
• Help manage project timelines and budgets
• Track and update project estimates as needed

Qualifications:

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with estimating software is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
