As a Working Foreman with Phoenix Construction Corp, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from luxury home rentals to commercial construction. Daily Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret blueprints
• Coordinate Schedule and deliveries
• Maintain Job Costs and Changes 
• Coordinate All Subcontractors
• Work with our inhouse crew
• Oversee plumbing elecric and HVAC
• Oversee all Finishes with subs and in house crew
• Coordinate all required inspections
• Project Closeout and punch list

Required Skills:

• Experience in Framing, Foundations, siding, Kitchens, doors and  trim, and finishes. 
• Knowledge of MEPs and site work
• Ability to troubleshoot and implement solutions
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Plumbing
• Electric
• HVAC
• Sheetrock Spakel
• Flooring
• Small Equipment operator
