Award winning heavy construction firm that specializes in site development construction is looking for a hands-on Superintendent.

Qualifications

• 5 plus years experience on PENNDOT projects.
• Experience working for a construction firm that does site/excavation projects.
• Excellent contacts and relations with agencies, subcontractors, suppliers, unions, etc.
• Prepare and process submittals.
• Schedule, coordinate, and track subcontractors.
• Experience with paving, concrete work, pavement stripping, etc.
• Assist in bidding, scheduling, and supervision of construction projects.
• Team player with good communication skills.
