Landscape Architect

This role involves designing a variety of projects, including mixed-use developments, residential and commercial properties, schools, churches, hospitals, parks, and athletic facilities. The ideal candidate will bring creative problem-solving skills and technical expertise to support projects from concept to completion.

• Develop site analysis, concepts, 3D models, and renderings.

• Assist in preparing construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates.

• Research site conditions and provide assessments.

• Perform construction inspections for design adherence.

• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and architects.

• Create visual presentations for stakeholders.

• Bachelor's or Master's in Landscape Architecture.

• 0-5+ years of experience in landscape architecture.

• PLA license in Kansas preferred or in progress.

• Strong design and sketching skills.

• Proficiency in grading design and sustainable practices.

• Experience with AutoCAD, GIS, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.

• Knowledge of advanced rendering software is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
