Senior Estimator

SENIOR ESTIMATOR

CCI is currently seeking a full-time Senior Estimator. In this position, the candidate will complete the due diligence necessary to successfully estimate the cost of work to be performed and efficiently oversee the client bid submission process.

Main Duties/Responsibilities: Effectively communicate with owners, subcontractors, and vendors. Review and understand contract specifications and drawings. Identify, define, and quantify potential project risks. Perform quantity take-offs and scope reviews for estimate preparation. Develop pricing based on bids and historical production data. Evaluate and compare subcontractor/supplier quotes. Conduct site visits and perform research and exploration prior to bid.

Qualifications: Candidates must have 7-10 years of commercial estimating experience. Experience with conceptual and design-build estimates. Vista Estimating software experience is preferred, as well as experience using scheduling software such as SmartSheet. Experience maintaining strong relationships with local subcontractors, architects, and clients.
