What You'll Do:

As a key part of our restoration crew, you'll help bring repiped units back to life by delivering clean, seamless finishes:

• Hang, tape, patch, and finish drywall in occupied apartment/condo units
• Perform paint repairs and blending to match surrounding finishes
• Daily installation and removal of dust and debris protection
• Reset vanities, cabinets, and light fixtures as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful work environment in resident homes
• Communicate clearly with project leads, teammates, and residents
• Always follow safety protocols and company quality standards

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience with drywall hanging, taping, patching, and painting
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a dynamic team
• A clean, professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Able to lift 50-100 lbs regularly and work on your feet throughout the day
• Must have your own basic hand tools
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Location Requirement:

This role is based on O'ahu, Hawaii. Relocation assistance is not available, so applicants must already reside on the island to be considered.
