We are currently hiring RW & JW Electricians to join our team. Only those with an active CO license will be considered. We would love to schedule an initial phone interview with you. If there is mutual interest, we will bring you in to meet our management team and have an in-person interview. Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including wiring, circuit breakers, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical problems by testing equipment, systems, and circuits.
• Ensure that all electrical installations comply with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on electrical systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and safely.
• Upgrade or replace outdated or malfunctioning electrical systems and components.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including diagrams, inspection reports, and repair logs.
• Oversee apprentices and other junior staff, providing guidance and instruction as needed.
• Work with other tradespeople (plumbers, HVAC technicians, etc.) to complete projects effectively.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Residential and Commercial Electrical expereince.
• Service experience required.
• Sales oriented with demonstrated success.
• Good character and ability to work with a team and our customers
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Neat, clean and organized
• Great work ethic
