Job Summary: Requirements:
* 2 years HVAC experience with current knowledge of Heat Pump, Gas Furnace, Air handler and hearth products as a basis
* Valid driver license and pass DMV check.
* Pass background check and drug screen.
Duties:
* Arrive promptly to scheduled visits and communicate with the customer.
* Diagnose HVAC related issue and create cost / benefit analysis for the repair and
or replacement and discuss with customer.
* Determine correct parts and supplies needed, and source them.
* Recommend to customers on upgrades, or maintenance plans for the equipment.
* Clean, service, repair, adjust, and maintain HVAC equipment and associated systems, plumbing systems, and gas fireplaces.

The Heating Technician is a well-trained, well-mannered, technical expert that shows up on time, diagnoses the customer's problem, and makes a customer-first recommendation.
