We're seeking an Estimator/Assistant Project Manager. This role requires experience in project coordination and general office duties. Responsibilities include; prepping jobs by creating work orders and gathering information, meeting with customers for residential estimates, prepping and proof reading estimates, updating the job calendar, organizing the project manager's to-dos, messages, estimates. The successful candidate will have: Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) English required. Valid MN Drivers License and good driving record Prior experience office/project coordinating commercial/residential projects Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google docs.
