Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive pay range, $25.00-$31.00 an hour depending on experience, plus spiffs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Install residential heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, ensuring high-quality outcomes
• Provide customers with exceptional service, meet deadlines, and maintain proper margins

Work Hours: 6:00 am to 3:00 pm with an hour lunch, with overtime availability as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in HVAC installation
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Proficiency in installing gas and refrigeration pipes
• Expertise in HVAC functional design and ductwork systems installation
• Thorough understanding of refrigerant, gas, and electric furnaces, heat pumps, and troubleshooting for residential and light commercial systems
• Exceptional safety knowledge and awareness
• Familiarity with HVAC low voltage systems
• Consultation skills to address customer complaints effectively
• Ability to test and balance systems, adhering to relevant codes

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
