We'relooking for an experienced and collaborative MEP Superintendent in Dannemora, NY and Ray Brook, NY, who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. As a key member of our team, you'll be providing direction to the team in regard to quality, safety, and general day to day operations.You'll take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities of contractors and subcontractors involved in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades at the project site.You'll ensure that the right materials, equipment, and people are there to get the job done.Utilizing your expertise, you will be performing all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing inspection to include all reporting, providing communication to the client, and ensuring that the requirements of the project are successfully met.

Here's what you'll need

High School Diploma

Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects.

Minimum of 4 years experience shall be as an Assistant Superintendent or Inspector on large-scale, multi-contract building projects

Develop project work plans, monitor performance against that work plan and be able to perform a detailed comparison of the design drawing against each other to ensure coordination between each of the various project trades

Ideally, you'll have:

Computer abilities to document inspections and provide reporting. Ability to read and interpret drawings and submittals.

Knowledge and experience with the Uniform Building Code and Energy Conservation Code is needed.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering

The base salary range for this position is $83,700.00 to $101,920.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
