Contract Project Manager

CONTRACT PROJECT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY!

May 2025 December 2025 (6-7 months)

Responsibilities

• Design and manage a semi-automated project management system to streamline intake, prioritization, execution, and evaluation of Organization Development
• Lead planning and execution of projects related to org design, role clarity, talent development, and change enablement
• Coordinate data collection and synthesis (e.g., interviews, surveys, diagnostics) to generate insights that inform OD strategy
• Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and check-ins to maintain alignment, momentum, and accountability
• Schedule and manage all project-related events, including kickoffs, reviews, status updates, and stakeholder sessions
• Develop clear reports and dashboards to track progress, highlight wins, and flag potential risks
• Build strong relationships with partners and tailor communication to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
• Monitor and communicate project status, risks, and scope changes to key stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Organizational Development, HR, or related field
• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally within HR, OD, or change management settings
• PMP Certification preferred
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet) and standard documentation practices
• Strong facilitation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
