Required skills:

- Able to plan and execute multi-step projects and coordinate with multiple subcontractors.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Self-starter- the ability to motivate yourself to achieve success for the company without constant supervision.

- Able to learn on the job. Our large array of products and customer types does not allow for standardized training.

- Able to learn, digest, and analyze information about a wide range of products to be able to discuss them knowledgeably with potential customers.

Required experience:

- 3-5 years of business to business sales and/or business to consumer sales (preferably with hands-on, durable goods)

- Experience selling commercial and residential building materials highly desired.

- Project coordination and management.

- Project estimation.
