If you'repassionate about flooring and take pride in your work, we want you on ourteam.Key Responsibilities:Install epoxy flooring systems on various surfaces including concretefloors, driveways, garage floors, basements, and industrial facilities.Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing to ensure properadhesion of epoxy materials.Mix and apply resin and hardener components in the correct ratios.Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards duringinstallations.Work with a team or independently to complete projects within designatedtimelines.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide solutions as needed.Qualifications:Experience in epoxy flooring installation or a similar trade (preferred).Knowledge of various epoxy systems and their applications.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments.1099 Subcontractor Option:We also offer the flexibility to work as a 1099 Subcontractor for qualifiedcandidates. This option allows you to operate independently while completingepoxy flooring projects for our clients.
