Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of projects from start to finish

Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews and subcontractors

Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget

Monitor and enforce safety regulations on the job site

Work closely with project managers to develop construction schedules and plans

Manage material deliveries

Perform quality control inspections and address any issues that arise

Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members

Identify and resolve any challenges or obstacles that may impact the project

Qualifications:

Experience in concrete and carpentry construction

Previous experience in a supervisory role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans

Knowledge of construction safety regulations

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Available to work flexible hours as needed
