O2 Employment Services is partnering with a local Vehicle Fabrication Company to find their next skilled Fabricator. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity located in Redding, CA, with multiple positions available depending on your experience level.

Welder / Fabricator Compensation:

Entry-Level Fabricator: $22.00 - $24.00/hour (must have welding experience)

Experienced Technician: $24.00 - $28.00+/hour (welding, wiring, and mechanical/truck experience)

Compensation is flexible and negotiable based on relevant experience

Qualifications of the Welder / Fabricator:

Entry-Level Role: Welding experience required; general fabrication skills preferred

Advanced Role: Must have hands-on truck experience and be proficient in welding, wiring, and mechanical repairs

Vocational training or certifications in welding, fabrication, or mechanics preferred

Strong understanding of fabrication tools and safety procedures

Ability to read technical documents, blueprints, and schematics

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Duties of the Welder / Fabricator:

Fabricate and install custom components for commercial trucks including frames, chassis, bodies, and specialized modifications

Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

Use hand tools, power tools, welders, grinders, and cutting equipment

Perform welding, wiring, and mechanical work (based on role level)

Inspect and test completed modifications for quality and safety

Maintain safety compliance and follow company procedures

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project goals are met

Other duties as required
