Superintendent

Trillium Construction is now hiring a Superintendent in South Haven, MN! Our client specializes in commercial TI and Ground up projects around the Twin Cities area and they are now looking to bring on a Superintendent on a contract basis. This contract could last anywhere from 3 months to 1+ year. This position pays up to $50 an hour plus we offer benefits like M/V/D. Duties: -Oversee day-to-day onsite construction activities for TI projects. -Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment. -Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget. -Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications. -Conduct daily jobsite walks to monitor progress and safety compliance. -Work closely with project manager s, clients, architects, and inspectors. -Develop and manage construction schedules (look-ahead schedules, updates, etc.). -Identify and resolve onsite issues proactively to avoid delays. -Maintain accurate daily reports, photos, and logs. -Manage onsite meetings and inspections. -Enforce company and OSHA safety protocols. Apply now! Qualifications: -Has experience in TI projects and can oversee multiple projects at a time -Client does not currently use Procore, but the plan is to get it eventually.
