Rock Truck Driver/ General Laborer (Fall River) compensation: 25-35$ (depending on experience) employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Rock Truck Driver/ General Laborer Key Responsibilities: - Operate a rock truck to haul materials safely and efficiently across the job site - Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and report any issues - Follow site safety protocols and communicate effectively with equipment operators, supervisors, and ground crew - Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure proper functioning of equipment - Assist with general labor duties such as shoveling, site clean-up, material handling, and support of other construction activities - Load and unload materials as needed - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to environmental and safety regulations Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience operating a rock truck in a construction, quarry, or mining environment - OSHA 10 required or able to obtain within month of employment - Valid driver's license - Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments - Strong understanding of safety procedures and best practices in a heavy equipment setting - Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team - Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check Principals only.
