Residential Solar Electrician

What You'll Do:

• Install and wire AC and DC components of residential solar systems, including inverters, combiner boxes, disconnects, and load centers
• Integrate battery backup systems (Tesla Powerwall, Franklin Whole Home, Enphase Encharge, etc.) including ESS wiring, commissioning, and programming
• Perform system layout, conduit bending, wire pulling, and panel terminations
• Ensure all installations comply with NEC, local building codes, and utility requirements
• Run job sites as acting Foreman when needed
• Order materials and supplies from electrical supply houses

What You Bring:

• Experience with solar PV system installation, including AC/DC circuits
• Familiarity with energy storage systems and hybrid solar+battery configurations
• Ability to read and interpret solar electrical plan sets
• Valid California Driver's License
• Must pass MVR check and be able to drive company vehicles and equipment (company trucks, lift beds, and more)
• Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities
• Organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights

• Microsoft Outlook Email
• Scoop CRM
• Miter HR and timekeeping applications
• Google Sheets and Calendar
