Your new role Assistant Project Manager overseeing a 1.5-2-year renovation project Work 5 days a week on the project site in Alexandria, VA Occasional visit to office headquarters in Columbia MD Work alongside 1 Superintendent on site Report to Project Manager based in office Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers Ensuring compliance with safety regulations Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders What you'll need to succeed Ability to run your own work as the lead Assistant Project Manager Proven experience as an Assistant Project Manager Experience in renovations, education, or playgrounds/parks is preferred.
