Superintendent

The Waldinger Corporation, a growing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Sheet Metal industry leader, is adding a Superintendent!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise operations on small to large commercial projects
• Supervises and maintains close working contact with Service Techs.
• Work with Project Manager to establish workflows and sequences to ensure projects remain on track
• Participates in monthly safety training and ensures technicians are following proper safety procedures
• Supports Service Techs by helping with technical problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Master certification preferred
• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Acceptable driving record
